1. Cancellations

- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@therecall.in with your order number.
- Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or delivered cannot be canceled.

- We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Non-returnable Items:
- Items such as intimate wear, socks, and customized products are non-returnable.
- Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

3. Refunds
